1. Who provides the service

2. What is included

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Mac, and access to the online transcription and writing service while your subscription is active.

3. Subscription and payment

• The subscription is bought and renewed through Apple. Price, period and renewal are shown before purchase.
• You can cancel it in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
• After purchase you receive a single-use activation code that expires after 48 hours if not redeemed.

4. Included hours

Each subscription includes [N] transcription hours per month. At 80% we let you know. At 100% new recordings cannot start; a recording in progress may continue up to 120%, where it stops even if the meeting has not ended. Hours renew each billing period and do not roll over.

5. Acceptable use

• Tell participants the meeting is being transcribed and comply with applicable law on recording conversations.
• Don't share your code or activation with other people.
• Don't try to bypass usage limits or access the service with software other than the app.

6. AI-generated output

Transcripts, minutes, summaries, answers and translations are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review them before acting on or sharing them.

7. Your data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Your meetings are yours and are stored on your Mac.

8. Availability

The service depends on third-party providers and your internet connection. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Suspension

We may suspend an activation if it is used against these terms, if the subscription is refunded or if it expires.
